Property Management gets easier

Tracking real estate rentals with multiple properties can be tricky depending on what software you use.  You can force some software to separate the properties but it can be a chore and reporting is not always the easist.  Then the outside hassles of tracking the rental contracts and maintenance can add to your headaches.  A new web-based solution has just recently been awarded the winner of the annual Five Ventures entrepreneurial business competition from UNC Charlotte.

IRealtyManager.com from Charlotte was named the winner in service and retail category.  The online tools appear to be streamlined and would save a great deal of time in analyzing properties and keeping everything in one software solution.  For 1-25 units, it is only $15 per month (or annual pricing discounts are available).   It also allows the user to maintain all tenant information, track maintenance tasks, and generate applications, lease documents and renewal documents.  Seems like a great deal for anyone with rental properties.  Check it out and please comment if anyone is using the software.  I would love to hear about your experiences.
