Now is the time to reassess and reinvent your business

January 13, 2009

Over and over again, I hear that businesses are suffering due to the economic challenges in the United State.  I can count on one finger, the number of business owners that I speak with that see this as a great opportunity rather than a strategy.  We can all sit around and blame the economy and wait for things to change, but the reality is that you might want to just "shut it down" and call it a day if that is your approach.  Why waste the remaining cash you have while waiting for someone else to control your destiny.

What would our economy look like if everyone took responsibility and actions to control their own destiny and that of their businesses?  I don't know if our economy would look as dismal as it seems to right now.  I challenge all of you to print this blog and fill in the blanks below.  Send it along to a friend too.

  1. What does my business do better than anyone else?   Tell 5 people today! __________________________________________________________________________________
  1. What can I do to take advantage of my competitors who are reducing their quality or service levels?
  1. Call five customers and ask what you can do to help them grow their business.  And the most important part, take notes and listen.  What do your customers want? (tip:  it probably won't be what you think — reduced prices)

Life will give you what you put into.  Take steps today to re-assess and re-invent!  If you want help and want a partner to help you growth your business and wealth, call us today.
